GS FITT coaching is a paid professional coaching service.
Online coaching starts at $150 / 4wks, hybrid coaching at $300 / 4wks, small-group training from $25 / session, and 1-on-1 personal training from $60 / session in packages. Memberships renew every 4 weeks and payment is collected before training begins.
